The Foundation partners with the community to provide resources to enrich learning, maximize use of current athletic facilities, and assist students in post-secondary goals for all students in the Shiner ISD School District by providing funds for educational programs and athletic activities which are not funded by the normal operating budget.  The Foundation is a creative way to improve educational and athletic programs in our district without raising taxes and to expand community involvement from individuals, businesses and civic organizations.
